If you are looking to exchange an item for a different size, here is our policy:
- please email email@example.com with the subject: "EXCHANGE"
- Let us know your order number, the item you are wanting to exchange, as well as the size you currently have and the new size you are wanting to receive
- Once we receive your email, we will check out store to see if your desired size is in stock.
We will respond by email within 48 hours to let you know if we have it.
- If we are able to exchange your item, you will follow this process:
- Ship the items back to our store address (listed below)
- Respond to our email with the tracking number that you received when shipping back the product.This part of the process is very important, we will not ship this item back to you until we receive the tracking number as proof that you have shipped the item back.
- As soon as we receive the tracking number we will ship the new size out within 48 hours and email you with a confirmation.
Here are some important guidelines we follow when handling exchanges:
- We do not pay for the shipping for exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, you must fulfill your own shipping expenses, however, we do not charge when we ship the new item back to you.
- You have TWO weeks to email us about your exchange. After 15 days from when your order is delivered, we cannot offer you an exchange.
- After we approve your exchange by email, you must email the new tracking number to us within FIVE days. We can not hold your item longer than that time.
If we are not able to exchange your item, you have the option to return the item for store credit. To do so, read the information below:

All returns will receive store credit within two weeks of the delivery
If an item has been damaged by the customer, or worn and then returned, we can not accept the item in return nor give store credit/ refund for the item
If you mail a return back after two weeks of the delivery you will not receive credit and we can not ship the item back to you.
No sale items can be returned
To receive your store credit:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number for your return, including a description of which items you are returning
- We will not be able to give you store credit unless you send us the tracking information for the items shipped back
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
