Return Policy


All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code or temporary sale of 30% or more
  • LAST ONES items
  • Jewelry 
  • Swimwear
  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair Accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Bralettes/ Intimates/ Lingerie 

All returns will receive store credit within two weeks of the delivery. We do not offer refunds

We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense

If you mail a return back after two weeks of the delivery you will not receive credit and we can not ship the item back to you. 


To receive your store credit:

  • If the items you would like to return meet the above requirements, please return items in original or similar packaging to this address:

  • After mailing back your return, please fill out and submit THIS FORM, also provided at the bottom of the page. 
    • You will not receive store credit if the form is not filled out within two weeks of the original delivery date. It is best to submit the form on the same day that you mail back your package.
    • In the form you must include the tracking number you are given when you return the package. We check every tracking number before we give store credit, to make sure the package is for sure on its way.
  • Store credit should be issued to you within 5 business days of the delivery date, via email


  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

Because of our fast changing inventory we can no longer offer exchanges. BUT! you can place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need with your store credit! We'll always email you when your credit is available, read the above note titled: "RETURNS" to find out how to return your item for store credit in your account so you can shop ASAP.

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please continue to read. Before you wear your item, please be sure to thoroughly check that it is free of damages! If it isn’t, please email a picture of the damage to  

All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. This is so that we can connect with the vendor to try to amend the issue. After the damage is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid return label. Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 2 weeks

We cannot offer refunds or credit after an item has been worn. After the item has been worn. Grey Suede is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves and our customers.
