RETURNS:

What's your return policy?

* We accept returns for STORE CREDIT when postmarked within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order. 

*If your item is damaged you must contact us with 3 days of your purchase or it can not be returned.

*All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke free, deodorant free and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

*The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code or temporary sale of 30% or more
  • LAST ONES items
  • Gift Cards
  • Jewelry 
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair Accessories
  • Bralettes/ Intimates/ Lingerie 

    * If any returns do not meet these requirements, we will return your items to you. 

 

We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense

If you mail a return back after 10 days of the delivery you will not receive a refund and we can not ship the item back to you. 

 

To receive a refund:

  • If the items you would like to return meet the above requirements, please return items in original or similar packaging to this address:

please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • After mailing back your return, please fill out and submit a RETURN FORM  provided at the bottom of the page. 
    • Please include this form inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a completed RETURN FORM.
  • Refunds will be issued to you within 5 business days of the delivery date.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

EXCHANGES:

Because of our fast changing inventory we can no longer offer exchanges. BUT! you can place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need and we will promptly refund you for your original order as soon as we receive it.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please continue to read. Before you wear your item, please be sure to thoroughly check that it is free of damages! If it isn’t, please email a picture of the damage to infogreysuede@gmail.com

All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. This is so that we can connect with the vendor to try to amend the issue. After the damage is reviewed, we will email you a prepaid return label. Once you've received the label, please send back the damaged item within 10 days.

We cannot offer refunds or credit after an item has been worn or washed. Grey Suede is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves and our customers.
